iZombie was renewed for a fourth season by The CW on May 10, 2017.[3] It is set to air on Monday February 26, 2018, a first for the series which has aired on Tuesday since its inception.

- On July 21, 2017, it was revealed at the 2017 San Diego Comic Con that Robert Knepper, who has been recurring as Blaine's dad since Season 2 was upgraded to the main cast for this season.[9]
